IMOGEN: My journey to Love Hair has been quite an adventure. I packed up my city life in London and found myself here in the charming Cotswold. It’s been an amazing change of pace. What I adore most about Love Hair is the team. They welcomed me with open arms, and now it feels like I’m part of this big, supportive family. We inspire each other, collaborate on exciting projects, and have a blast doing it. The salon culture here is just my style. We use beautiful products and really care about the environment, and the atmosphere is buzzing with positivity. It’s an inspiring place to work and welcome my clients. And Broadway itself? Well, it’s like a dream. Beautiful, with quaint delis and shops – the perfect place to be. Driving to love hair every day is the best.

And when it comes to learning and training, I couldn’t have asked for more support. There’s a wealth of knowledge here, and I’m constantly getting the help and guidance I need to grow and excel in my role. CHELSEA: I started my Love Hair journey three years ago where I started as an apprentice. Im currently level 2 qualified and wokring towards my NVQ level 3. I have always had amazing oppurtunties here from my training with outisde tutors to inhouse training with Lovehair University. My knowledge has expanded massively over the years thanks to my team for helping and supporting me. Also love the progression within my job role by starting on the salon flooor last year with my own blowdry membership to where I am now as a graduate stylist fillihng my own client base. We are one big family here and never have a boring day as its always full of fun and laughter with the team. Broadway is such a lovely place to work espically with our lovely current salon. I have such a loving client base to which is the most rewarding part of my job seeing people fall in love with there hair.
EMMA (Front of house): I have worked at love hair for nearly 5 years noe and the thing i enjoy and love most is our tem! we are a big family who supportand look after each other and we have a lot of laughs along the way. its a pleasure to work in the beautiful village of broadway where our fantastic salon is located. the atmosphere and ambience make love hair an enjoyable place to work, not to mention our fantastic clients.
