CANCELLATION POLICY
At Love Hair we appreciate that sometime the unexpected can happen or life can be busy and that you may need to change or cancel appointments from time to time. Please be aware that we operate a 48hr cancellation policy in order to give us enough time to fill your appointment. We hope you find our SMS text alerts useful which are sent 48hrs before your appointment, please use this as your final opportunity to let us know if you are unable to make your appointment to avoid a 50% service charge for missed appointments or late cancellations.

BLOW DRY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Each blow-dry membership purchased is to be used solely by the purchaser and not shared with anyone else, exclusively one person per membership.
If a blow-dry membership is purchased as a gift the membership is to be used by the recipient name provided at purchase.
Blow-dry memberships are redeemable with our Salon Junior Stylists only, please note this membership is not to be used against or in conjunction with any other service.
Any missed blow-dry appointments will be charged at £10.00 per appointment.
A haircut is not included in this membership and cannot form as part of this blow-dry service.
Love Hair holds the right to manage appointments at our discretion.
Blow-dry memberships are available between our opening hours only.
Blow-dry appointments can be all booked at the beginning of each month for that month.
If you wish to cancel your blow-dry membership we require 7 days’ notice before your next planned payment.

Your account will be debited monthly for blow-dry membership cost unless we have been given 7 days notice by yourself.
If you sign up for the free 14 day blow dry membership trial your card will be debited after the 14 days, if not cancelled before
You can only enter the free 14 day blow dry membership trial once
Any memberships that are not cancelled will still be charged and debited at your monthly membership cost.
Love Hair will notify you with 30 days notice should there be any change in terms and conditions for the Blow Dry Membership.

At Love Hair we are take protection of your privacy very seriously.
We collect some personal information from you for two reasons, firstly so that we are able to contact you regarding appointments, secondly so we may communicate to you our latest offers, promotions, salon information and news. We also record mobile numbers and e-mail addresses so that we may identify you personally should the instance occur whereby two or more clients have the same full name, this ensures the correct service appointments are made with the
correct Stylists.
By submitting your email address and details, you agree to us holding specific information and personal data. Should you wish to opt out of this service or require us to delete your personal information you can do this by contacting us at Love hair either by email to info@lovehairbroadway.com or calling us on 01386 842918.
Please note, we take your privacy very seriously and do not share your information with any third parties. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email / communication from us in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not share your details with any third parties for marketing purposes. The typical type of information we will collect about you includes:
• your name
• phone number
• email address
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If any of this information changes, you must ensure that you amend the details in order for us to provide you with the best possible service.
We may also record which Products you are interested in and which Products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to: a) process your order b) provide you with an up to date, efficient and reliable service.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
We only hold personal data on our pin protected main terminal so the chances of a breach of security are minimal, should a breach every occur our clients will be informed immediately and the appropriate security steps would be taken.
